Challenges: A complex rebrand with content-heavy structure

VRIFY approached Flowout in the middle of an ambitious rebranding initiative. The company known for its groundbreaking AI-assisted mineral discovery platform had just launched a new identity through a design agency. While the vision was clear, the execution needed refinement.

The initial Figma files delivered by the agency were inconsistent and not ready for Webflow development. Auto-layout issues, misaligned components, and branding mismatches created bottlenecks that would’ve slowed down launch.

To add pressure, VRIFY was preparing for an important investor event, and they needed a functioning website fast. Specific high-impact pages had to go live in under 30 days. The site also needed to scale, housing a wide range of content including case studies and events.

Our solution

Starting with the provided Figma files, we quickly identified areas that needed rework to ensure pixel-perfect translation into Webflow. Rather than working around the flaws, we collaborated closely with VRIFY to refine the design system and fix key screens. This proactive approach ensured brand consistency and avoided future scaling issues.

To meet their tight investor deadline, we launched the project in two phases:

V1: A lean, high-impact set of marketing pages deployed within a month.

V2: A broader expansion that continues to evolve today, including new landing pages.

Implementation highlights

Design refinement and rebuild

We corrected the flawed auto-layout structure from the previous design agency and rebuilt components to ensure clean Webflow development. Our focus was enabling efficient scalability.

Unified resources hub

VRIFY needed a central location for case studies, events, articles and podcasts. We designed an intuitive, filterable structure that simplifies exploration without overwhelming the visitor.

Seamless CMS integration

We built custom CMS for careers, resources and landing pages. To enable more advanced filtering and UX, we also implemented Finsweet’s CMS library - a technically tricky integration.

Branded contact form

Rather than using a generic embed, we styled a Webflow-native form that felt cohesive with their brand guidelines and overall look of the website.

The results

The new VRIFY website now reflects their premium brand and innovative spirit. By delivering a scalable, visually polished platform within tight time constraints, Flowout helped VRIFY:

  • Maintain design consistency and technical performance.
