Following a strategic pivot in product positioning, Unchained set out to completely redesign their web presence.
Their internal team designed the core pages and created building-block components, relying on Flowout to execute the full rebuild and migrate remaining one-off pages into a unified design system.
The project faced significant structural and timeline hurdles:
- Scope vs. Timeline Constraints: Unchained initially planned for a single developer to complete the entire build in one month. However, the sheer volume of new design elements required scaling the team to four developers working in concurrent shifts to hit the strict deadline.
- Legacy Inefficiencies: The old website relied on nearly 50 static pages. These required full migration into scalable CMS templates so marketing teams could publish content without custom dev work.
