About Rippit
Rippit is an AI conversation data platform. It helps teams analyze every customer conversation across support, sales, and success to catch churn risk, monitor chatbots, surface product feedback, and coach employees. The company was founded in 2013 as MaestroQA, a quality assurance platform for customer support teams. In early 2026 it rebranded to Rippit to reflect its shift from QA toward broader conversation analytics. Teams at Zoom, Notion, Figma, Brex, Etsy, and Lyft use the platform.

The challenge
MaestroQA came to Flowout for routine Webflow maintenance. The team needed new pages added and existing ones fixed. Within weeks, the conversation turned to something much bigger. MaestroQA was preparing to rebrand as Rippit and move to a new domain.
A new name and domain meant risk. MaestroQA had built search visibility over more than a decade. The team’s biggest concern was how the move would affect SEO. They needed a partner who could:
- Protect existing rankings and traffic through the domain migration
- Build the new Rippit site in Webflow once the brand design was final
- Bring the new brand to life with motion
- Keep up with a fast-moving marketing team after launch

Our approach
We started with SEO, because that was the client’s main concern. Before any build work began, we prepared a migration report. It mapped how the move from maestroqa.com to rippit.com would affect search performance and what needed to happen to protect it. The engagement then grew into a full SEO audit and keyword research for the new brand.
First we had to tackle the new designs, and once they were approved, two developers built the site in Webflow. In parallel, our motion designer created Lottie animations that gave the new brand its character.
Rippit went live in 4 months. The old MaestroQA domain now redirects to rippit.com.
After launch, we moved into ongoing support. Some periods are quiet. Others are intense, but because of the big internal team at Flowout, everything is done within the timelines.
