The challenge
Grant Street's old site ran on WordPress, but years of additions had left it disorganized, with content scattered across the platform with no clear structure. They needed a full rebuild in Webflow that would:
- Reorganize the entire site from the ground up
- Replace a bloated, duplicated content structure with something clean and maintainable
- Bring in custom Lottie animations to modernize the feel of the site
- Migrate hundreds of CMS items without losing or duplicating content
Our approach
Grant Street sent us wireframes to work from, and we handled design and development from there.
The rebuild came out to about 22 unique page layouts. Alongside the layouts, we built a set of Lottie animations, mostly simple motion to bring some life to key sections (you can see them in action on the live site).
Because we adjusted the CMS structure as part of the reorganization, the migration required over 300 redirects to keep old URLs working. The content migration itself covered more than 250 CMS items, and a lot of it had to be checked by hand, since the old WordPress setup had duplicated content in several places.
