The challenge
CLEVR’s website ran on HubSpot CMS with around 320 pages for audiences across Europe. As the company grew, the site became hard to scale and hard to keep consistent from one region to the next. Blogs, ebooks, case studies, webinars and events sat in separate menu tabs, so the growing content library was difficult to browse. Every layout change needed a developer.
CLEVR wanted a new website that would:
- Move from HubSpot to Webflow without losing SEO equity
- Give the marketing team control over pages, layouts and section styles
- Run in English, Dutch and German with a cleaner translation workflow
- Keep leads flowing into Salesforce and job applications into Greenhouse
- Bring a modern look with custom illustrations, mockups and animation

Our approach
We worked from the homepage outward. The homepage set the visual direction for every other page, so we designed and approved it first, then built the rest of the site on that foundation. We worked in four phases.
- Homepage design: We designed a new homepage with custom illustrations that defined CLEVR’s visual language. The client approved it within three weeks of kickoff.
- Template design: We designed templates for every page type, from product and services pages to careers, events and the blog. Some sections, like podcasts and the academy, had no content yet, so we designed those templates to work once the content arrived.
- Development and migration: We built the site on staging, migrated content from HubSpot and set up all three languages. New additions were needed during the build, including an ROI calculator and a tool comparison page. We added them without stalling the core work.
- Launch and handover: We moved the site into CLEVR’s own Webflow workspace, and imported redirects. After the official launch, we trained the marketing team to run the site themselves.

Key features delivered
Three-language localization
Webflow Localization runs across CMS collections and static pages, so the team edits English, Dutch and German content directly in Webflow.
Resources Hub
One filterable hub replaced five separate content tabs. Visitors search and filter by content type, industry and solution.
Reusable component system
A documented component library lets the team build new pages from approved blocks. A CMS dropdown switches section backgrounds within the brand palette, so pages stay on brand without developer help.
Salesforce and Greenhouse integrations
Contact, ebook, event and webinar forms send leads to Salesforce through form handlers and Zapier, protected by reCAPTCHA against spam. Careers pages pull roles from Greenhouse.
SEO-safe migration
We imported redirects in bulk at launch and tracked Dutch rankings in Semrush to watch performance after the move.

The results
The marketing team now runs the site on its own, from new pages to translations.
CLEVR’s team can:
- Build and publish pages from reusable components without a developer
- Add Dutch and German versions of event and whitepaper pages themselves
- Onboard new team members who publish and translate from day one
The new site also became the base for CLEVR’s next chapter. After launch, we added AI-focused solution pages for Agentic Lifecycle Applications, the Mendix AI platform, Intelligent Enterprise Orchestration, RapidMiner, Insights Hub and Intelligence Center X.

Why Flowout
As a Webflow Enterprise Partner, Flowout handles complex migrations for companies that cannot afford to lose search traffic or slow their marketing team down. We bring design, development, localization and integrations under one team, and we hand over sites that clients can run themselves. For CLEVR, that meant a multilingual platform built to grow with the business, backed by documentation, training and ongoing support.
