Challenges: A legacy website holding back growth

When Aloware approached Flowout, their website was outdated, slow, and built on an aging WordPress setup. It no longer reflected their innovative product or supported their marketing needs.

The biggest challenges included:

Our solution

Flowout partnered with Aloware to deliver a complete redesign and migration that blended bold design updates with rock-solid technical execution. We started with UX research, benchmarking Aloware’s existing site against competitor best practices to shape a cleaner, conversion-focused direction.

Working closely with Aloware’s new marketing leadership, we rebranded the site to match their evolving positioning. Using Figma prototypes, we co-created layouts and tested flows before moving into Webflow development. Every decision was made with scalability and SEO continuity in mind.

Implementation highlights

Strategic UX research

We conducted a side-by-side review of Aloware’s legacy website and competitor sites to identify gaps in usability, content hierarchy, and conversion opportunities. This research guided a design that felt modern, clear, and aligned with SaaS best practices.

Component-driven design system

We built reusable Webflow components and page templates (solutions pages, product detail pages, etc.), giving Aloware’s marketing team the freedom to spin up new content quickly. This dramatically shortened their go-to-market time for campaigns.

Seamless WordPress to Webflow migration

To ensure a smooth transition, we carefully mapped every URL and implemented 301 redirects to preserve SEO equity. Complex blog structures were consolidated into Webflow’s CMS, eliminating silos and centralizing content management.

Design refresh and rebrand

The new website pairs bold visuals with simplified layouts and improved content hierarchy. The result is a professional, SaaS-ready presence that communicates trust and innovation throughout all the user journeys.
