Sergej Gorišek is the Co-founder of Flowout and Optibase, a CRO and A/B testing platform built natively for Webflow. He co-founded Flowout in 2021, and over the past five years has helped grow it into a 50+ person agency trusted by 450+ companies. In parallel, he co-built Optibase from the ground up - now used by 4,500+ teams - including through a direct competitive challenge from Webflow's own A/B testing tool.

Sergej's focus is on conversion rate optimization and experimentation: building the systems that turn website traffic into measurable business outcomes. He has developed and shared a structured A/B testing framework adopted by growth and marketing teams across the Webflow ecosystem, and regularly writes about why most experiments fail to produce reliable results - and how to fix that.
