The challenge
Lace Health had just gone through a rebrand and a name change. The new name needed a new website, and there was no time to spare. A major industry conference was coming up. The team wanted a site that matched the new brand live before the event.
They also needed one partner to handle both design and development. There was no room for handoffs between separate teams.
Weld's website needed more than a standard redesign. The core of Weld's business isn't the site itself, it's the valuation logic behind it: turning a business owner's inputs into a credible estimate of what their company is worth. Weld needed that logic to live on the web as a real, working tool, not just a lead form. That meant building a calculator that could:
- Guide users through a multi-step valuation flow, not a single static form
- Pull in outside data through an API to inform certain variables
- Send data to Weld's systems in real time as users move through the flow
- Generate a takeaway report at the end
- Flex into different versions: a free public assessment, versions branded for individual advisor clients, and versions tailored to specific industries

Our approach
We built the website from the ground up in Webflow. To meet the conference date, we split the launch into two phases.
Phase one covered the pages that mattered most for the event. These were the homepage, a dedicated landing page for the conference and the contact page. Everything else went into phase two.
One Flowout team handled design and development together. This kept decisions fast and removed the usual back and forth between separate vendors.
After the conference, we moved straight into phase two and completed the rest of the site within the next months.

Key features delivered
A new website for a new brand
A fully custom Webflow site designed around Lace Health's new identity, with nothing carried over from the old site.
A conference landing page
A dedicated page built for the event, giving attendees a clear place to learn about Lace Health and take the next step.
Core pages first
The homepage and contact page went live together with the event page, so visitors from the conference found a complete first impression.
Full site rollout
All remaining pages followed in a second release, built on the same foundation as phase one.
Flexible post-launch support
After launch, Lace Health used Flowout hours for smaller updates as their needs came up.

The results
Phase one went live three days after the project started. Lace Health showed up to the conference with a new brand and a website to match.

Why Flowout
Flowout is a Webflow Enterprise Partner with a dedicated team for design and development. When a launch date can't move, we plan around it. We ship the pages that matter first and build the rest without losing momentum.
